“The host was very welcoming. The facility was okay, very decorative; however there are so many decorative things, that there is no room to put your necessities with an a reach. The same problem in the bathroom, no space by the sink. We were expecting a fully equipped kitchen, as my husband likes to cook. We had to go out to eat daily. The dishes in the pantry were dirty, had to clean the coffee pot because it was dirty. Same thing with the utensils. Very importantly, older and disabled persons……

“SO MANY CONS. 1)I had a 2 bedroom unit and had booked for 3 people. I received towels for 2. Called the help line, never got additional towels. 2)Communicating with the property management is a CHALLENGE. It seems that there is 1 person, working from home (i literally heard a rooster crowing in the background when speaking to this person) NO ONE IS ON SITE. 3) A rain storm on day 2 of my stay created a large puddle of water that had leaked into the unit from the balcony door. Told the help……
