“Beautiful old hotel in downtown Americus. Convenient to shops and restaurants. The restored hotel is lovely insid and makes one appreciate the history of this place. The rooms have high ceilings, comfy beds and beautifully updated bathrooms. Staff at Floyd’s were great as was the food. Would definitely return.”

“My stay was in March 2026. I waited to write a review because I had a complaint about my stay and I contacted both the site manager and Marriott by email and by letter, (yes, I wrote a letter). I never got a response from either one so here is my review. The room was ok, it was clean, the staff was ok. So what was my beef ?? The room was not the size that was advertised when I made the reservation through Expedia. It was comfortable enough but my brother and I were in town for a funeral and……
