"I LOVED this hotel. I won’t stay again sadly. My room was clean, check in was a little odd getting someone there to check us in. I just had surgery and needed the ada room, which I booked and stayed in. It is next to the office. IT SHARES A WALL WITH THE HOUSEKEEPING/OFFICE! You WILL hear banging all night. At ALL hours. No exceptions. For 3 nights. And when you talk to the desk? They tell you doors will slam because they’re heavy.. no ma’am, they’re slammed because your staff and customers bang in to the walls and slam the doors and no one is told to stop and act like a human. Wild huh? The wall issue needs to be addressed if this is an ada room. The level of give a sh•t from the staff should matter and be addressed. It doesn’t and won’t change. So I won’t stay there, they won’t miss me and I’ll light a candle for the next suckers that stay there. Also, they have 1 plunger at the site. If it’s in another room guess what happens? No ma’am, you can not send maintenance in my room in a half hour with a toilet going over. It was good while it lasted. Cheers. "

"It was a cheap room, the bed seemed clean and comfortable. They need to address the overflowing garbage cans outside hotel entrances."

"The room was super clean, had a slight odd smell, no fan in the bathroom for ventilation but overall I had a good experience. One con being that I booked a non refundable room and when I got there it was a surprise to see they need a $175 hold on your card for your stay when it wasn’t disclosed while booking online."

"Flexible, helpful staff - kind, quick housekeepers even understaffed - Easy to get to, reasonably priced - an all-around good deal. Plus, I can have my cat here as we travel and move!"

"Breakfast was delicious, no food vending machine so you have to bring your own snacks. Ice only available on lobby floor. No hot tub but small pool. The room was spacious and clean, but bathroom was small for a tall person. Don't book first floor if looking for a view. "

"The decor is stunning. I loved the color choices and art. The location is wonderful. It is in a small town on the river. You have to be kidding me! The rooms were nicely furnished and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. "
