Room was dirty! There was dark hair on the outside of the tub, hair inside the tub. There was hair on the towels, and long blonde hairs all over the sink counter. Also wet spots on the floor near tub which I assume was urine.
The carpet area had a couple of nickel-sized crusty spots which were not stains. I dug the toe of my shoe in them and they scraped off. So who knows what was on the carpet.
Bed was comfy, staff was great!

Wow! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
This hotel was beyond expectations! From the welcoming valet, the smooth check-in (with complimentary beer, wine, water & snacks), the on premises restaurants & bars, all the beautiful art, art bar, games section by a fire, gorgeous corner room with views, comfy bed.......I could go on & on. AND it's attached to the 5th St Market! I felt very safe walking in the market where there's coffee, ice cream, food, clothing shops, art shops & more!!! This was a 10 out of 10 experience!
