“Great location by Fort Amer and Meera Mandir but the "hotel" is definitely not as nice as in the pictures. Also, the fort view room (reason i chose this place) that i booked in advance was given to someone else while I was give a small, subpar, windowless room instead. ”

“I had a thoroughly pleasant stay; the hotel was impeccably clean and conveniently located near all key places. The staff were exceptionally helpful and hospitable, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.”

“Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about……

“Room was spacious and comfortable, staff was courteous and also gave us an early check in. Location was also near hawa Mahal and easily reachable.”

“Clean room. Good Location-near Jal Mahal, rooftop bar was aesthetically pleasing. Helpful staff, just be aware that the gates close around 10 and you have to wait for the staff to open. ”
