“we arrived late (10pm). The recpetion was closed and we have not been contacted. We called the hotel and one person has replied: quiet agressive and not relaxed, more focus on telling us "we did not respect the time to arrive...". No light at the reception, and the way to indicate us where to find the keys was not pleasant...”
