Expedia refused to give us the refund, even though we checked out on time, stating that the hotel staff would not respond to their calls. The hotel staff informed me that Expedia would call and put them on hold then disconnect the call every time. Pretty shady. I am disappointed that we could not get any refund at all even though we bought the insurance.”

“We love the breakfast buffet since there are many options! The room was spacious and clean. The pool didn't look clean because of a few debris floating on the water. Overall, our stay was pleasant.”
