“Very clean and has everything you need. A block from the beach and the beach wagon, chairs and umbrella made beach days great. The pool and hot tub were great too. ”

“The house was very cozy and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The walk to the beach was so close and easy and that stretch of beech is wonderful. Only notes: It would have been really nice to have some sort of privacy film or blinds on the window/door to the pool, it made the bedroom very dark having to keep that closed for privacy from people swimming. The pool was very pretty and clean but it was not heated. Even after allowing for a full heating cycle, as recommended on the spa directions……

“Our multi-family group loved this property - each family had private accommodations and the shared spaces were great for time together. The private dock and kayaks were a highlight. The kitchens had everything we needed for meals and the owners were great with their communications. ”

“For premium price paid the rooms were very outdated. Shower was very poor. The beach and lounge chairs were perfect. The kids working the beach are great. Bartenders by pool very slow an seemed annoyed when bar was busy. For a pool area with many kids present at 10 am the DJ played rap music as loud as he could a couple days. Seemed odd for family resort. Maid service done a great job. Firepits good.”

“The beach that the Zota Beach Resort is on is the best part of this place. White sand, beautiful water, and not too crowded even during spring break. Your resort fee includes 2 lounge chairs, but an umbrella or an additional chair costs $40 each. I was not happy when they ran out of umbrellas and wouldn't let us put one up that a local friend had. The overall service and attitude of the staff (front desk, bars, and restaurant) were below average. Our room was a nice size, and was clean. ”

“The first floor, under our room #13 was under renovation. Lots of noise including on Saturday April 4. The hallway in front of our room was very dirty; it had stains from food spills that could have been easily cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen in our suite were old, from the 80's or 70's. Very disappointing experience for almost $1,000 / night. ”
