The home has a roomy kitchen to enjoy meals or cook together. There's space to enjoy TV or play cards/games. Every room has a TV. Neighborhood is great to walk/run. Big backyard to throw a football, frisbee or play games.

Overall the property was nice. We had a great time in Atlanta. There was a slight problem with the code to the house at check-in. However, Sheryl corrected the issue right away. She is very accessible. The furniture downstairs was a little small. I would have like more seating downstairs. We traveled with children so they didn't mind sitting on the floor. The stove was also a little tricky to work. We had to google how to work it. Overall it was a nice property and i would stay again and would recommend it to others.

Bridal party weekend stay
So glad I chose this rental! Host was super accommodating and the property was PERFECT for what we needed. Perfect neighborhood and location literally like 3 mins from East Atlanta Village. I highly recommend this listing and the host of you are looking at staying somewhere stress free and reminiscent of home. ❤️ Will definitely be booking again in the future!

Nice house in quiet neighborhood
We stayed here during a sports competition weekend. We loved that it was only a 10-15 min drive to the GWCC. The house was clean and comfortable. The property manager contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be looking for this same location for our next stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Nice House
Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Fit 5 adults and 1 child with plenty of room. Cleanliness of the house upon arrival could have been better but overall it was ok. Property manager was very responsive when ask a question or issue. Our biggest issue was the furniture in the living room. There was 1 small couch and 2 chairs that were not very comfortable. For a larger group it made hanging around the house a little hard. Would stay again.

Great House
I decided in the past to stop leaving reviews due to a homeowner in Texas put the biggest guilt trip on me to leave a 5 start review when there was nothing 5 star about her property and then SHE GAVE ME A POOR REVIEW. However, this home, homeowner/property manager was so awesome I had to leave a review. They are 5 stars!! The property was very clean, the linens were fresh, not nobby, no stains, and good quailty, that includes the towels. The flooring was well used upstairs but no stains or discoloration. I felt comfortable to walk around without shoes. The kitchen and bathrooms were so beautiful. They have 3 ovens!!! The yard was big and great place to play soccer. The neighbors were very quiet and nice. The only suggestion would be to get a larger couch. They have a beautiful love seat that is modern and extra chairs in the living area. We have several in our group with bad backs and it was difficult for them to sit in them. Seating on the two porches would be great. The porches are so large and spacious and the weather was so nice. We had a few issues with pots and pans (not due to the home owner) they were missing. They had new ones delivered what seemed to be in an hour after contacting them. As I mentioned earlier, this is a great place to stay and the homeowner/property manager will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay.

We enjoyed our stay in a quaint location. The location was perfect for getting to Atlanta and the Airport. We appreciated the quick responses from the house manager when we had questions.

It will suffice for a weekend stay
The street that the house is located on is quiet. Its near local amenities, the airport and downtown areas. The Neighborhood though, is a bit sketchy. The home was decored well. Love the master bedroom shower and upstairs patio! There were challenges with communications with the property manager. 1) I did request a 2hr early check-in and did not receive any communication back. However, I arrived to the house 1 hour early and was able to access the home. THEN the property manager showed up and stated she wasn’t aware we would be there early(even though I called and wrote in the vrbo app). Fortunately she popped up, because the key we needed for the front door didn’t work and we needed her spare 2)There was also an issue with the downstairs toilet not flushing. I reported the issue at 9pm, they responded to come the next morning. We didn’t get an actual time they would come and didn’t want to wait all day, so I got someone else to fix it. They called at 12noon but we had already fixed it and left. Overall the property is reliable for a weekend trip. There are opportunities for improvement, and with continuous effective reviews, this property will be great. Thank you for allowing me to stay at your property!

Great 2 night stay
I was in town to take my daughter to college at Emory. This property was perfect. It’s not too far from the university. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I appreciate the private driveway. The home was perfectly clean. Plenty of room. I will definitely put this on my list of places to stay since I’ll be in ATL on a regular.

A gem
I actually live in Georgia so i am familiar with the places to stay. This place was exceptional. The price, accommodations, management and everything else was fantastic. The small issue we had was due to the weather but management was quick in tthe way they handled it. I definitely would rent again.

Great property and location
It’s a fairly brand new home. Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Great upgrades…it was what we are accustomed to. The appliances and fixtures are all good quality. Nice neighborhood…very quiet. Great location to downtown Atlanta. Would definitely book again.
