“Front desk receptionist are very unprofessional. Both employees had their heads down in phone as I walked up to front desk. I stood there for a minute until some one greeted me. Then when I was greeted it was pleasant or with a smile. One was not in uniform. I wasn’t told about all the fees just partial so I was worried about the other charges that I seen on my account. The last two times I have been there the customer service has been getting worse.”

“During my dog’s final days, we brought him to Atlantic City, a place he loved, to say goodbye to the world. The hotel front desk showed him such compassion and respect, despite his appearance being affected by radiation therapy. It meant so much to us that our family was allowed to share a quiet, meaningful lunch with him in the hotel restaurant. Only two days later, he passed away peacefully. The kindness we experienced here will always stay in my heart.Thank you for making such a difficult……
