“This was such a serene place to unwind after a busy week in Seattle. The apartment itself was so pleasant, with an indoor and outdoor space and a beautiful view of the Sound. Enjoying the stunning sunset from the hot tub was the highlight of each day. Dave and Eileen were extremely attentive and available hosts who went above and beyond to make my stay great. “Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and……
