“Staff was very accommodating and was really helpful and kind. We checked in late and made it easy for us to get in. We left some items behind and the cleaning staff returned it to front desk and gave us a call about the items that were left behind. They mailed it to us and we are thankful for their great service! The place is wonderful and the view is amazing. It is right across the street from the waterfront. I would highly recommend this place and would go back again.”

“Pros: Beautiful neighborhood with many nearby amenities including restaurants and public transit; comfy bed and nice towels. Cons: Parking is truly a nightmare, we lucked out and found a spot nearby and only used public transit the entire trip to avoid losing the parking spot. Wouldn't be a big deal for people who fly in. The unexpected cleaning fee and huge security deposit was ridiculous and not advertised anywhere. I also didn't like that these fees were charged using a different platform……
