"We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay. We arrived about three hours before check-in and were happy our room was ready. We were a little surprised by the $20 early check-in fee since the room was already cleaned and available. It seemed like it could have been offered as a courtesy. We had a queen room with a distant ocean view. It was on the corner with big windows on both sides and a large private balcony. The room was spacious, clean, and updated, although the bathroom could use a refresh—which is kind of part of the charm of Wildwood. The toilet paper holder was missing the rod, so we kept the roll on the back of the toilet. A small broom, handheld vacuum, or even a mat by the door would help with all the sand. The bed was comfortable, but there were only three pillows instead of four. The shower had low water pressure but plenty of hot water. The sofa was uncomfortable, the refrigerator was very small, and the towels weren't very soft, but they were clean. Housekeeping was available on request, and extra towels were delivered quickly. We forgot toothpaste, so it would be nice if they offered a few travel-size toiletries or sold them at the front desk. The pool area was clean, although the walkways could get crowded with housekeeping carts and guests' chairs and wagons. Overall, it was a good value. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends."

"Spent four nights here with my husband and three kids and have zero complaints. It’s so close to the boardwalk without the noise of the boardwalk, it’s super clean and newly remodeled, guys at the front desk were super helpful, and water pressure in the shower was amazing. The pool is right in the middle of all the guest rooms which makes it convenient to get to. You get one parking spot on the hotel grounds per room but directly next door is a pay to park place so if you have more than one vehicle you can always park over there. 10/10!"
