“Wonderful stay! Awesome property! Perfectly clean! Would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a marvelous stay. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. ”

“The other reviews provide a clear overview with two exceptions:1) Arrival after dark is challenging. The signs are faded and not very reflective. We had to climb the stairs of the wrong building to know it was incorrect. This rental is in the building closest to the road. Park in the lot near the pool. Go over the sidewalk that goes through the gazebo by the pool. That will be the correct stairs. Climb until you cannot climb anymore and you are right at the front door.2). We found the beds to……

“We loved this condo so much. It was clean and looked exactly as the pictures showed. The proximity to the beach was perfect. We would stay here again anytime, it had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. ”

“Very well equipped condo just steps to the beach and pier. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store close. The condo was accurately represented in the pictures and description. Quiet area great for families. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. As others have stated there are numerous stairs to reach the unit which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. However, this is common for a beachfront property.”
