"The lobby and room were 5 stars, however the bathroom was outdated, not clean and had no ventilation. The location of the hotel was ideal for a concert at CFG Bank Arena and I would stay again for an evening if attending a concert at the same venue."

"This was an amazing day from soup to nuts. Th rooms were spacious .bed pillows are super comfortable and made for great sleep at night. Both the restaurant and cafe had fabulous food and the cafe had very tasty coffee. The staff were knowledgeable patient and helpful. The hotel is located in a historic district steps away from the Peabody library and the Walters Art museum. If you love history axesitecture culture and a sensational stay then Hotel Revival is the place FOR YOU"

"The property was clean and well-maintained, the room was absolutely beautiful and big, the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers were super appreciated and I hadn’t seen that before (I don’t travel often, but still). The woman working the night shift at the front desk, Brianna, was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. So kind, personable, and helpful, we loved her so much. My only complaint is that I wish the ice room had a water dispenser, because I drank water from the bathroom sink. Otherwise, this was a wonderful stay."

"We loved our stay at the Renaissance Baltimore Harbor! We did not get the same check in at reception as others before us before us, and I am not sure why? We were not offered water, nor were asked if we had stayed before; the only reason I’m bringing this up is because multiple people before me were offered water and directions as well as information about the property. We were not, it seemed she (the woman checking me in) had a prior conversation with someone she knew and whatever the news was it was not good. Wish we had better service to welcome us; however the stay was lovely."
