"Thank you for a wonderful stay in Eagle. It’s a cute, comfortable, and convenient condo! You can walk to restaurants and the River and bike path is a short 5 minute drive. Clean and newly remodeled, I felt like I had every amenity I would ever need. I highly recommend this rental!"

"This home is away from the street and set back in a very quiet area. The outside isn't very fancy, it has a single covered carport. When you enter the home you are met with stairs going up to the bedrooms and a hallway to the kitchen/living room area. When you go into the kitchen you are met with a basket on the counter. It is full of informational material about your stay (rules of the house, areas you may want to check out in Boise also goodies, coffee etc) The kitchen isn't large but has all the appliances. The one thing that was a little annoying was the Refridgerator, it was very loud. The living room had a table for dinning for four people. The furnishings were new, couch for 5 or 6 people and a recliner also a electric fireplace with heater. A large television also. This all led out to a well maintained large back yard that is communal. There was also a powder room downstairs. Everything was very clean and in its place. There is two bedrooms upstairs one with a queen sized bed that was very comfortable, there was a nice size closet with hangers. The second bedroom has a queen size pull bed. Didn't try it. The bathroom had the customery sink, toilet and shower. The sink had plenty of counter space along with drawers and a small cabinet over the toilet. There was plenty of hot water and the rain shower head was pleasant. There was a shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser in the shower. Face soap on the sink. Lots of plush towels! My wife and I had a wonderful stay!"

"The Boise River ran behind the property and was quite lovely. There was a walking path that you could avail yourself to if so desired. Lots of trees lined the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only real drawback to the property was the traffic on the main street due to the construction."

"I brought my 8 and 12-year old grandsons with me from Seattle to attend a family wedding. When I told them we weren't at a hotel, they were disappointed - but when they saw the house and explored all of the rooms they were elated! There were a couple of things I couldn't find and I asked the owners for help. They went out of their way to supply what I needed. It made our stay so easy and fun for everyone! I'll use them again for sure!"

"This house should have been in a magazine. So beautiful. The owners thought of everything you might need when staying there and even had condiments, coffee, some spices, etc. for use. The neighborhood was fantastic and quite, too. There is a little park at the end of the block that was easy to walk to. We even had a small incident at the house and the owners were amazing about it. Seriously, I couldn't say enough good things. If you're wondering if you should book...the answer is yes. **And disclaimer, I have never met the owners in my life. I just had that great of an experience!"

"We stayed for 3 nights and first thing we noticed was the neighborhood was beautiful and the house was so clean!! Host was great at communicating and got back to me promptly anytime I had a question! Would definitely come back here."
