“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“The front desk staff were very welcoming when I checked in. However, the air conditioner in the room was like an airplane engine, making it impossible for me to sleep all night. Breakfast seating was extremely limited, with only 42 seats. For a hotel with so many beds, this was far too few. We had to take our food and wait for guests to leave before cleaning the table ourselves. The food selection was also very limited, consisting only of eggs, breakfast sausages, toast, waffles, yogurt, milk,……

“J’ai eu un problème avec la climatisation, j’avais beau la mettre à 20° centigrades, elle revenait toujours à 23.5°, centigrades à 1h du matin. J’ai rappelé à la réception, il sortait de la chaleur de la climatisation, à 3h du matin, j’ai rappelé encore à la réception, la chaleur avait recommencé à sortir. Cela est arrivé à cinq reprises….. Je dois reconnaître que le personnel a été très courtois, et qu’ils m’ont donné un crédit À cause de la situation”
