“The person who checked me in was very nice and helpful. the person who checked me out not so much. The room was swept and clean. The beds were made. the sheets were clean, but I don't know they had been changed. The covers had an odor to them from the middle down to the foot or at least the top cover did. Again, not sure they were changed so I sprayed Lysol on the beds. The shampoo & conditioner and lotion were like I had never seen, very stylish but empty. All towels & washcloths and hand……

“The room was old and the furniture was worn. Not in very good condition. The room needs to be remodeled. New paint and furniture would be a good start. The breakfast was ok. No cooked items available. Just cereal and bagels.”

“We waited a while to check in as the front desk was on two phone calls. We booked a King room through Expedia but she gave us two doubles instead even after I showed her my confirmation. The rooms were actually clean and ours was updated so that was a plus. The front lobby furniture looked like it was from Grandma's living room. If you want just a quick place to lay your head this is for your but don't look for anything else. ”

“The room was clean & comfortable. Front desk staff, Drew was rude & unprofessional. I did speak with management & she said that she would deal with it. All the other staff members were courteous & helpful. My only other issue was housekeeping arrived at my door at 10:05am on the check out day. Check out time is 11am.”

“Staff was very friendly. Rooms were large and very clean, but the mattresses were a little firm for our comfort. The menu for food was small but everything we had was very good. I guess I don't stay in hotels much any more but I was a little perturbed when they wanted to charge me $5/day for wifi, and there was no housekeeping service. Maybe there would have been if we had been staying more than 2 nights - I don't know and no one on staff mentioned it at check-in. I guess I'm kind of tired of……

“Having a small table and a chair would make this review an excellent all the way through. There was no place for your suitcase to go except the floor.”

“I absolutely love this bed & breakfast. I cant say enough of the hosts, Barb, Bill, & Jerry! What a treat they are and I have found new friends! The house is immaculate and they let you have your private time, and they also welcome you for a nice conversation. I will definitely be back next time I am in Clare!”
