“The room was old and the furniture was worn. Not in very good condition. The room needs to be remodeled. New paint and furniture would be a good start. The breakfast was ok. No cooked items available. Just cereal and bagels.”

“I absolutely love this bed & breakfast. I cant say enough of the hosts, Barb, Bill, & Jerry! What a treat they are and I have found new friends! The house is immaculate and they let you have your private time, and they also welcome you for a nice conversation. I will definitely be back next time I am in Clare!”

“Breakfast selections were very limited. Desk help was very aloof. The room was dusty, bathroom towels clean but stained badly. The lights did not work at entry to room. TV remote did not work. I would not stay at this place again. Parking though lots of slots, we had to park at back of building and walk around to the front as entry way has no drive through area. ”

“Very clean room and our check-in with Eve was very smooth. Not having stayed overnight at any hotels in quite a while, we were surprised that there was no longer a free breakfast, nut this is probably to be expected now.”

“Housekeeping never serviced the room on a 3 night stay (garbage full, used towels not taken, and sink drain plug broken and unusable). Asked for a quiet room and was given a room on the highway side. Bed was comfortable, refrigerator was cold. The room itself seemed pretty clean.”

“The room was clean & comfortable. Front desk staff, Drew was rude & unprofessional. I did speak with management & she said that she would deal with it. All the other staff members were courteous & helpful. My only other issue was housekeeping arrived at my door at 10:05am on the check out day. Check out time is 11am.”
