“Furniture could use updating, the couch in my room looked like the cat clawed it. Mattress felt old and worn. Fixtures in the shower were hard to negotiate for proper temperature for a warm shower, not scalding hot. A/C was not very good at keeping the humidity down, room felt like a sauna when we first got there. Room also had a musty smell when you would come back in. That being said, the staff was very nice, polite and helpful.”

“Very nice motel, good location, safe, well equipped, clean and tidy, good service, good breakfast, our first hotel in Florida, very good impression, great value for money! Thank you for giving us a great night!”

“One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff was all extremely friendly and the extra space was perfect for my toddler, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was great. The only downside was the deeper cleaning under the couch. My toddler pulled out a Coors Light bottle cap, and when my husband looked farther underneath, he also found an unidentified pill. Aside from that concern, we had a very enjoyable stay.”

“I didn’t expect a $10. Fee just to park in the parking lot. The least they could have done was tell me that I would get an additional charge on a separate invoice after checking out. It was very disappointing & very unprofessional. Why be sneaky about it, just put it up front & notify the guest. Very unprofessional!!”

“Everything was nice”

“Upon arriving, the trash in the room was full from the previous guest. We had clean sheets and towels though. Staff was ok. We had an older gentleman check us in the first night and he laughed when he saw how long we were staying and asked “what could you possibly be doing HERE for that many days?” We also needed a way to freeze ice packs for my son’s insulin and when asked about storing the ice packs in their freezer, the same gentleman gave my husband an attitude like it was an inconvenience.……

“The room was nice and had a small balcony. It was hard to regulate the temperature, but it is Florida and very hot outside. We did find a dead bug near the balcony door. No big deal and the carpet needed cleaning, but again not filthy just some spots between the two beds.”

“Room was not ready upon arrival at 3:00pm, due to staffing shortage, which was no big deal, I had time to wait. Front desk did their best. Room was clean, however the a/c was barely keeping the room cool. Asked for a fan and was informed the 3 fans that they have were already in use in other rooms. Aside from the fan issue, and not being able to pay cash for bottled drinks or snacks, I would recommend this hotel.”
