“One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff was all extremely friendly and the extra space was perfect for my toddler, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was great. The only downside was the deeper cleaning under the couch. My toddler pulled out a Coors Light bottle cap, and when my husband looked farther underneath, he also found an unidentified pill. Aside from that concern, we had a very enjoyable stay.”

“We've stayed at this Hilton for decades and never had a problem until this time. I didn't notice when I booked this time that they charge for parking now. I was flummoxed when I checked in and they gave me a parking tag, then I found out that they now charge $10 per night to park. I can't imagine that somebody thought it was a good idea to make your guests feel swindled. They should just include it in the room price! I'm so sick and tired of being charged extra fees every where I go. I thought……

“The room was nice and had a small balcony. It was hard to regulate the temperature, but it is Florida and very hot outside. We did find a dead bug near the balcony door. No big deal and the carpet needed cleaning, but again not filthy just some spots between the two beds.”

“Room was not ready upon arrival at 3:00pm, due to staffing shortage, which was no big deal, I had time to wait. Front desk did their best. Room was clean, however the a/c was barely keeping the room cool. Asked for a fan and was informed the 3 fans that they have were already in use in other rooms. Aside from the fan issue, and not being able to pay cash for bottled drinks or snacks, I would recommend this hotel.”
