Bavaro Lagoon Tours

Location is beautiful. I bought our stay with Privilege package, the room was great but curtains were broken and wouldn’t shut all the way, mini fridge didn’t cool, steamer was broken, our butler service was the worst, seen her just once and because one of the employees snitched to her that I was complaining about the her service being bad since all she would do is just text everyday activities for the day and that’s it. The drinks we wanted and that were part of privilege package were only available in two different locations which were almost a mile apart, which is ridiculous. Sat by the beach privilege cabana beds and in 4.5 hours no one approached us for drinks. Sat by the pool in the privilege area and was only approached once in 3 hours for a drink. Definitely not worth it to pay that much. Very disappointed for being my first experience here.

Good food, nice staff.
