“The room was amazing ”

“Everything was great. All meals were decent. Room was spacious and clean. Free parking onsite is safe and convenient. Property is on the beach with lounge chairs readily available. Would book them again. ”

“I would strongly suggest finding another resort to stay at. My experience was disappointing with the overall condition of the rooms (broken mini fridge, light fixture falling from ceiling, etc) to the mismanagement of the AMSTAR tour company.”

“The resort is a bit older, but very clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The buffet food was super fresh every breakfast and lunch. We ate at one of the restaurants every dinner and it was good. We did get a couples massage and it was wonderful and professional. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. The breakfast was made to order and was fairly flexible with what they could accomodate, leave at least 30 minutes for it to be prepared. The rooms are on the……

“They take 120$ deposit for electricity, tell me that will return when I will check out, then never return and never answer to my calls and messages!”

“Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. ”
