“The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. The breakfast was made to order and was fairly flexible with what they could accomodate, leave at least 30 minutes for it to be prepared. The rooms are on the……

“Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. ”

“Great beach. Oceanfront room excellent. Staff very good, many speak English and if you can speak just a bit of Spanish, no problems. Food: breakfast and lunch buffets very good. La Brisa restaurant excellent. A la carte restaurants at the Palace only so-so ....... assembly line cooking. Noisy: It's a huge property and attracts large groups which can be noisy - especially at the pool. The Palace seemed almost frenetic at times, families with children and US young adults on Spring Break. ……
