“Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel et repartons globalement satisfaits. Le personnel était majoritairement très agréable, souriant et réactif, ce qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour plus agréable. L’accès à la plage est appréciable, les animations étaient présentes et l’ambiance générale était sympathique. Le minibar inclus et régulièrement rempli (eau, sodas, boissons) était également un vrai plus. Quelques points négatifs sont toutefois à souligner……

“The room was clean and it’s the same as in the pictures. I’m will only recommend adding the electricity fee to the rent of this place. It was NOT mentioned anywhere when I reserve it, and it was sort of annoying getting to know that last day. An estimated can be simple added to the fee instead.”

“Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. ”

“Staff was exceptional, received a few extra perks from booking with Expedia. Only down side was they are not handicap accessible for a few things. The rooms had a step in 2 areas, and the ramps are a little steep in the main lobby. They did have a walkway to the beach for wheelchairs, but only one spot. The pool did have an incline for handicap accessibility, but no handicap spots to park a wheelchair. The buffets were great, with different items every day. But I can't speak highly enough of the……

“Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff.”

“Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!”

“I had a good overall stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, which made a big difference during my visit. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the spa facilities were also quite good and relaxing. The bar and food, however, were fairly average compared to the rest of the experience, nothing particularly special, but they got the job done. Overall, it was a solid stay. While not exceptional in every aspect.”

“Jose was great He welcome well well 9/10 Other staff not nice at all feel like a rude front desk lady .1/10 Kitchen staff they mass 2 times myorder I ordered when i ask to replace my and make a new one they charge me for that Whole order was 10$ But when I asked to make a new one they charged me 12$ don’t understand this .”

“I stayed today in this cold travel to airlines flights and had a reservation for five additional days. But I couldn’t stay in this place. Everything was dirty. I had Sting water in the toilet area was not working properly. The app places for horrible. There was roaches. There’s a piece of salami. Sitting on the walkway for today’s. You could tell maintenance is poor I will add a few pics to this preview. It’s not what they make it sound or lookin their advertising.”
