“There wasn't a bar or a fridge in the room. However the hotel was very accommodating to your requests. This is a historical property it's quaint and beautiful without the glitz and glamour of a modern day hotel.”

“Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Room was clean, Hotel was clean. We didn’t use the pool because we came for the beach but from my view from the room the pool also looked clean and well kept. The location of the hotel was perfect, just one block from the boardwalk. Check in was fast and seamless. Front desk was friendly. This was first time in Ocean City and most definitely will come back and will stay at the Gateway!”

“The hotel is good for the price point. The rooms are large and have a small kitchenette. The staff were great. We ate at the restaurant Sea Bay Cafe each morning. The service and food was good for the price. We enjoyed jumping in the pool after coming off the beach. It’s conveniently located near many restaurants.”

“The Beachcomber was a nice place to stay in ocean city. The staff we checked in with was very friendly and helpful. The location on 75th is far from the boardwalk, which is nice because the beach is much quieter. If you want to go to the boardwalk you can drive to the lot at the end of the inlet. You can walk to the normal Ocean City restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream, etc. The room was spacious and clean, with some minor wear and tear from being a beach hotel. Parking was very easy in lot……

“Was in town for a convention and training. The noise from the room above us was outrageous. Called the front desk for help twice. The noise kept us up 2 nights in a row . Went down to the front desk and the lady did not care at all. She kept telling by me it was softball girls that had to be at the field for an 8am game. I told her I knew all about it because my daughter had played travel ball also… But that was not an excuse for the amount of noise that we were hearing that was keeping……

“The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.”
