“Interior is exactly like the pictures. 1 bedroom with full bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathtub, 1 separate shower, 1 toilet upstairs. All bathrooms were stocked with basic toiletries. All the windows are facing a rather busy street, so it can get pretty noisy. Kitchen has many pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups. The 2 parking spaces are super tight and not easy to get to, but there’s usually a spot on the street to park on if needed. Overall a great stay and it’s close to many……

Living area layout is a little odd—could be arranged differently to better maximize the relatively small space. Nitpicks aside, still a great value for anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan Beach. ”

“Really enjoyed my stay in Manhattan Beach. Kyle was honestly one of the most hospitable hosts I’ve had always quick to respond and super helpful with anything I needed. The place had a cozy vibe, and being able to walk to the beach every morning for sunrise and wind down with the sunset made the whole trip feel special.When the heater had a little issue, Kyle didn’t hesitate he actually sent over space heaters via Amazon the same day, which I really appreciated. “We had a great time here! Location is amazing and we didn’t use our car at all. Can walk to the beach, restaurants, and a local market. Super clean and the host responded very quick when we had questions. Garage is very small so our SUV didn’t fit but we were able to get street parking and our sedan fit fine! No washer and dryer or pack n play as listed but we were fine without.”

“It was a great stay for a week for our family of two adults and two teens. The house is conveniently located just a few minutes walk to the beach, with sun umbrellas, a couple of beach chairs and beach towels provided. One bedroom on the lower level and two on the upper level were perfect for privacy.
