“This Inn is wonderful and I loved my studio. What I don't like about staying here is the check in is at 4:00 pm and the studio rooms are NEVER ready on time. So you are paying for a room that you don't enter until 4:30 pm if you are lucky! And have to check out before 10 am. Not even 24hours. The miscommunication between the front desk and house keeping needs to be fixed. ”

“We loved the location. We love San Clemente and all it has to offer. The support person on the phone was very helpful. It’s a great unit. We were very comfortable there. We would return in the future. There are a few things that need to be looked at a little closer. The toilet kept clogging up. Especially when there were more people in the building upstairs. The bathroom sink does not drain well. The king size bed was too soft and uncomfortable for us. The major thing is that the place smells……
