“The place is small, but cozy. There is parking in the driveway an on the street. The house seemed to be in safe neighborhood. The house is pretty old, but well maintained. The two bedrooms were adequate and the beds were comfortable. No check out instructions were provided, but the host responded when I asked about them on the day of check out. We did not use the kitchen to cook. The refrigerator worked well and the washer and dryer worked as well. The only one small gripe was there were no……

“The location and common amenities for this property are great. However, the apartment itself was disappointing. The place is generally dirty, from the floors to the baseboards to the tub and cupboards. The tub is damaged and does not drain for several hours after showering. Many of the outlets do not work. The main burner on the stove does not heat up. There were no hand towels, dish towels, or dish cloths anywhere on the property. Beds were made with a fitted sheet but no top sheet. Laundry……

“The highlights of the property were that it was accommodating for my kids and family and close to the highway. Although coming in off the highway, the area has a lot of traffic. Normal for California but in this situation you are funneled into one option and stuck. The host and his team were extremely communicative but even this had its drawbacks back as the messages they sent me were frequent and even as late as 11:30 at night. There was also extra paperwork and documents, even after we arrived……
