“We stayed in a junior suite and it was spacious and clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels and washcloths, including one for removing makeup. The bed was firm but comfortable and had high quality linens and multiple pillows. The towel shaped like a swan was a nice touch! The kitchenette was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and silverware. We never had to turn on the AC or heater, as the room temperature was perfect! We had an issue with the TV, but maintenance fixed it in less than 5……

“This was the most beautiful house! very spacious and I love the fact that it is tucked away in the mountains as I tend to work from my phone when I should be enjoying my time off. "I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in the hallway. I also found insects on the floor. I chose this hotel because of its unusually high ratings, but my actual experience was completely different. I strongly advise other travelers to read the reviews carefully before booking to avoid the same disappointment."
