“I booked this place last minute while moving between houses. By the time we checked in around 8pm. I was exhausted and with my two young kids, so all I wanted was a clean place to sleep. At first, the place looked clean, but both beds had hair on the sheets. I ended up laying towels over them because I just wasn't comfortable. I also moved one of the beds closer to the wall so my 5yr old wouldn't fall off during the night and found dirt and dried mud underneath the bed. The toilet seat was……

“Excellent location, super lovely room. Tip: there is parking nearby, but it does not belong to the hotel and is around 60$ a day, but it is monitored 24/hr, which is a bonus.”

LOVED the location. My family and I had an amazing time here. I will say we are kind of clean freaks and this property met our expectations. Would love to come back again!”

“Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere……

“This place is located in an excellent and vibrant area of the city. But the check-in process is a bit clunky. You can reach staff by whatsapp but they take time to respond. There are two flights of stairs you need to climb with your suitcases in tow. I had a very heavy suitcase and had to take it up myself. Got a pretty bad muscle injury in my arm. So pack light if staying here. As for the suite itself: it has everything you need. But it’s a cramped space. And not particularly clean. Floors not……
