“I stayed for 9 nights while in the area working. The condo was immaculate. Very clean! Kathy was wonderful with thorough instructions prior to arrival as well as detailed information located in condo which made for a seamless stay. The labeling throughout the condo was an unexpected treat that was very useful during my stay. The location was convenient for accessing quaint downtown restaurants and enjoyable evening walks. “This apartment is clean and attractive. Beds are comfortable with soft sheets. Decor is attractive. Furniture is comfortable. Some small repairs are needed. The apartment complex is old and dated. This unit is downstairs of another apartment and we could hear footsteps from above. Parking is limited.”

“It was to be smoke free but it smelled so bad of smoke. There was papers and old food on the floors. The outside of the appliances were dirty. The beds were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quite.”

“The property is in an great location if you are attending an event at NC State or the Raleigh Coliseum. It's on the second floor (which I might have missed in the description). However we heard little of the neighbors. The apartment could use a paint freshen but was clean. Beds are really comfortable as was the living furniture. Kitchen could use a few more amenities - as in a spatula, pitcher, mixing bowl - for those who prefer to rustle up a quick meal rather than eat out. ”

“The condo was in a location convenient to the college and the football stadium. (We even walked the two miles after the game to avoid waiting in traffic). Parking was easy and close. The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable.”

“I went to Raleigh to see my favorite band. The property was back off the main road so there was some privacy but everything you’d need was within 10 minutes or less. It was a cozy tiny little studio but if you’re by yourself or even with 1 other person, it’s comfortable for a couple nights. I’d stay here again. It was quiet, I slept in a Murphy bed for the first time ever so that was cool & overall, it was a great stay with great vibes. Nobody bothered me. I had no worries.”

“Three people from our organization stayed here while attending a week long conference at the Mariott at Crabtree. We saved so much money renting this wonderful home as compared to three hotel rooms, yet we were only 15 minutes away. The house was spotless and had everything we needed (and more). The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and the neighborhood, while busy, was quiet. The couple of times we needed to contact our hosts, they responded within minutes and were very gracious.
