“We stayed at this property for a month. We think probably it would be a better place for shorter overnight/1-2 night stays. The kitchen is very well equipped but it is very small making cooking hard. The property could do with a big update as the appliances are very old. I was nervous using the oven due to its age. Some of the furnishings in the living area are clearly old and one of the cushions even appeared a bit mouldy. The bedroom was great with good bedding and bed, and great wardrobe and……

“Overall - this is a very nice townhome and a great location ! Very convenient to downtown Raleigh. If you like to walk - take Glenwood Ave opposite of downtown and you will see some pretty Raleigh suburbia! Raleigh is very lively Fri and Sat nights so bring your noice/sound machine ! ”

“The condo was in a location convenient to the college and the football stadium. (We even walked the two miles after the game to avoid waiting in traffic). Parking was easy and close. The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable.”
