“What stood out was nothing stood out and from the the booking, to the quality of the room to the check. I will do this again.”

“Staff was very nice and helpful to provide us with what we need for our kids. Room is clean, pool is clean with extended breakfast hours. It's a bonus if there is a hot tub, but overall we are satisfied and will come back! ”

“The hotel was super clean, friendly guy at front counter to check in. Room was clean and smelled nice, not like normal low priced hotels. Parking lot was not great, but they only have so much space so not a big deal as it wasn't busy. Hotel was quiet and area was quiet overnight. We only spent one night just barely long enough to sleep, but were impressed with the place. We would stay again..”

“Very clean, all linens white. No smells, stains, sounds, or surprises in the hotel or the room. Good wifi, good tv, fridge and microwave were helpful. All staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of breakfast options (if you like waffles take your own syrup). Great in room heater/air con. Good big desk to work at. ”

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“Clean room”

“Room was clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub were lovely, desk staff were kind and smiley. The only potential issue would be that the walkway wasnt shovelled - early morning fine, but it was after 10am. That's a liability in the making. ”

“Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.”

“Room is too dark that you might need to bring a floor lamp to make it better. Other then that is front disk should present better on where is breakfast and what time it will be end? ”

“Great home base for cycling the Simcoe Liop. Well maintained and very clean motel. Beautiful views and cozy campfire pit. We stayed in a junior suite, and the only improvement I could suggest would be a solid door on the washroom for a bit of added privacy:) but did not detract from our stay. ”

“Staff upgraded me to a suite after a long 12 hour shift. Room was huge, clean, bed was comfortable and no complaints. Breakfast was ok, but I mean it’s hotel breakfast. Other than that it was great and I would definitely stay here again as it’s close to the hospital and a good price! ”
