“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“Very clean, all linens white. No smells, stains, sounds, or surprises in the hotel or the room. Good wifi, good tv, fridge and microwave were helpful. All staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of breakfast options (if you like waffles take your own syrup). Great in room heater/air con. Good big desk to work at. ”
