“I stay here every time I am in town. (The room wasn’t cleaned properly. Debris on floor in bathroom and entry door way. Shower curtain was dirty on bottom and black substance on top wear rod is inserted.) those were the only issues. Still one of my favorite stays in Gloucester”

“I was required to pay an additional $50 for a non smoking room. The deposit was not indicated online. The non smoking room that I was given had a strong smell of smoke. I asked for another non smoking room and was charged additional money for that room. Since it was late, I went ahead and paid it. That room had a strong mold smell to it although it did seem to improve after the ac ran a few hours. The wifi would not connect. Staff were unable to help. The next morning I asked to check out and……

“Upon arriving we were greeted so graciously by the two girls from Pennsylvania I have misplaced their names in my head everything was a bit available the chocolates the lovely cookies the coffee the wine bar the room was beautiful the beds were lovely we had a stellar time and will definitely be back thanks again Hornsby house and we sure did enjoy ourselves”
