"I got everything I bargained for. They have plentiful parking available, but may be a bit short on disabled spaces. The exhaust fan in the bathroom may not be a match for the moisture that fogs everything up."

"My boyfriend and I stayed at the Watermark for the first time for my birthday weekend. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the customer service is beyond excellent. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning our room and took extra care that we were able to notice. The property is beautiful and the suite that we had was amazingly spacious. The best property we've ever stayed at, and we stay at some very nice properties. Overall, the amenities, the attractions around, and even the Metro station directly across the street make this hotel, one of the best in the area. The views are absolutely amazing, and if you stay here, definitely go to the 25th floor where the gym is, because you will love working out and looking at that views. We will definitely be staying here again!!!!"

"We had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately it was only 1 night out if 3 booked because of delays at Heathrow airport. The hotel had a good relaxing feel about it."

"lower level Escalator not working. middle Elevator not working. Could not exit the parking garage due to malfunctioning meters. Delayed in efficient time moving around the facility large private event. The attached cafe was not prepared to handle the amount of people being served on premises. No outside food allowed made wait time even more intolerable. Hotel is super clean staff is professional and friendly and very accommodating."

"A nice property. The front revolving door was great but the door next to it was an enclosed area that really smelled like a horrible case of mold. This is within one of the front doors so I was surprised nobody seemed to notice it. The breakfast was okay but overpriced."

"Everyone was disappointed that they didn’t have any sodas for breakfast or the evening reception all week. We had to pay $6 per 16oz Coke, Sprite etc. Ridiculous prices!!! We also say in the lobby every morning and it was several days in a row that the same trash was under the coffee table telling me it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly often enough. Other than that the staff was friendly and location was good."
