“We took our daughter and her friend to a concert in DC. This location was perfect. Loved that there was a driveway and private back area to relax, though it was far too hot to enjoy it. The back area could use some TLC, but since it was too hot to really spend much time back there, it didn't impact us. The home pretty much had everything you need. We were able to walk to the metro. Record highs and the a/c worked excellent! We will stay here again!”

“This is a very charming old home in Alexandria. Our stay here was homey and relaxing; the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was sufficient for making a few meals. Easy walk to the Waterfront down Prince Street (although I prefer going down Duke), and about a 15 minute walk to Whole Foods, Old Town, Good Restaurants, etc. This house is situated along Route 1, so there is a lot of traffic which I find to be very pleasant.
