"The staff was helpful and nice but the rooms were pretty worn out and need updates. I'm sure they were cleaned after each guest but there is only so much that can be done with a stuffy smelling room, dirty carpet and worn out and stained grout in the bathroom. The bathroom door stuck too when opening and closing. There was a strong odor in the room too, some kind of strong cleaning product, not good. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very worn out. Only 2 floors, no elevator. More like a motel than a hotel. We were next to a door that went to the outside and it slammed shut every time someone entered or exited. Very loud when trying to sleep. Finally stopped about midnight. The best part of the stay was the restaurant Lucca's next to the parking lot, really nice. I would recommend another hotel unless you are desperate. I wouldn't go back."

"I did like the property but Expedia was unfair to me.Because I purchased the room through. Expedia.When I arrived at the front desk in the hotel , they did not have my reservation listed in their computer. So what I'm trying to say, Expedia already accepted my credit card, but at the hotel they didn't not have me in their computer."
