"Comfortable bed, good size rooms, close to the airport. Good breakfast. Nice for a stay close to the airport. Good value. Would recommend. Only downside is they don’t have a free shuttle. Gym is good in the hotel aswell. Good if need a place next to Heathrow airport."

"Went in expecting another airport hotel but was pleasantly surprised. The room a deluxe double plus double camp bed was spacious, well appointed and the air conditioner actually conditioned the air! The food was airport prices but tasted nice, was served quickly by attentive and professional staff. The breakfast the same. One member of staff went out of his way to help my daughter make a waffle. Made her day. With 20 hours of flying the next day, this made things much better. Would certainly do it again"

"I stayed here for one night in October ‘26, I had stayed here once before when it was a Holiday Inn The hotel itself is good, however , it could do with some TLC around the hotel, tape on the floor of the lift does not inspire confidence, and the lift is also very slow. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep The breakfast was good and worth the price"

"The staff were amazing, especially Nilmand. He provided excellent service and should be commended for his thoughtfulness! The hotel location is fantastic with a few nearby conveniences (gas station with subway and necessities)..minimal but enough to make your stay at the hotel doable."
