“only stayed one night whilst visiting a friend locally. really impressed with friendly staff. spacious venue. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. Bar manager was very sociable for after dinner drinks. Room was a very good size with large ensuite with bath and separate shower. Bed super comfy. Small negatives were no milk on the hot drink tray. Impressive cobweb in bathroom and some damage to wallpaper and rug. None of which detracted from a great stay. Would easily recommend to……

“The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. There could be some seepage at the bath tub as there was a pool of water on the toilet floor after my shower, even though there was a glass door to stop water from splashing over to the floor. The car park is conveniently placed. The English breakfast……

“So homely! Even though it wasn’t a walking distance to the High Street for us, we loved everything about it ! The room had 3 beds, very spacious, quiet, clean amenities and super comfy bedding. My mother-in-law had breakfast and she was very happy with it. We will definitely stay again when in Salisbury and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ”

“Beautiful, cosy 14th century inn with rooms. Picture postcard perfect and in a great location for walks and a short drive to Tisbury High Street. Food in the pub was excellent as was choice of drinks. Plenty of car parking right opposite”
