I did not have to constantly worry about something getting hit or broken (if you have boys, then you know!). Great location within walking distance to many places such as Blackbeard espresso, Frazier museum and Louisville Slugger. We loved the floor to ceiling windows in the living room with a few of the street below, gorgeous afternoon sunshine. Easy access and great……

“Gallant Fox is one of several condos in the nicely refurbished building with a shared entrance way that's right outside the condo. The bedrooms being on opposite sides was great. It is spacious - the basement TV/ Game room was great, and the kitchen well stocked (love that there was a coffee maker with filters and coffee as an alternative to the K-cups). Parking next door was very easy. Easy walking distance to both downtown areas like 4th Street live, and to NuLu shops and restaurants.……
