"Excellent place to stay! This is our second time staying at Paradise Resort and we will continue to stay with them every time we go back to the Gold Coast! Super convenient location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants BUT you won’t need to leave the resort at all if you don’t want to, as they have everything you need in there! All day activities for the kids, restaurants, convenience store etc We can not fault it at all! Super recommended "

"Compared to other apartment based properties, this one was the absolute best in the area by far. We stayed in the one bedroom superior ocean view. The view was amazing and with binoculars you can see whales in the distance. Everything was clean and tidy. Large fridge/freezer and gas cooking stove. Everything was in working order. It came with a bath as well as a shower. The bed was actually a king size, not a queen or two doubles pushed together like other places fool you into using. Xanadu seems to actually care about their clients. I also saw window washers during our stay and the balcony glass was clean as well - most likely these are cleaned more often compared to other places. The couches were comfy, not cheap IKEA products. For example, the 3-seaters being used were most likely in the $4,000-5,000 price range from a commercial furniture company. We will be coming back next year. Keep in mind we went in the winter time after school holidays had ended. So timing may also be a factor."

"Comfortable, quiet, with efficient staff. Room very clean, bed mattress firm but linen very soft and cozy. Shower head can be raised and lowered, and shower walk-in had no step up nor down - handy for those with vision impairment or minor mobility issues."

"We had an amazing apartment overlooking the sea , high up & plenty of whales playing right in front of you . Also had the sand barge wirking & that was a great sight watching that The recepitionist (R,) was wonderful , lovely lady . We had a deal with the cafe next door & it was yum yum pigs bum good . We will be back again ."

Safe underground parking, tram line behind the building, beach in walking distance, so many food options around and facilities to access within the building too! Will definitely be returning on our next trip to QLD!"

"A short walk to central Surfers Paradise. Plenty of street parking for our visitors and free parking for guests. Clean, well presented, nice staff, excellent price. Photos represented apartment well. There was a construction site nearby which did not trouble us with noise. The lobby looks like it used yo have a bar and dining but doesnt seem to be operating at the moment. Lifts were all operational and quick. Little balcony was great and could see the ocean. For the price, excellent value. "
