“There were big blood stains on the carpet and things in the room were not cleaned very well overall. The breakfast is supposed to be till 9:30 but most of it was cleaned up around 9:15. The young gentleman was very kind and professional when we checked in the but the lady that checked us out did not have the same level of professionalism. She did not seem surprised or concerned when I told her about the bloodstains (which I mentioned to them when we checked in as well, but I mentioned again to……

“Super clean and new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the sink faucet was not attached properly and there are few hooks for hanging towels (like many hotels).”

“We booked this hotel as a half way point on our way to Niagara Falls. From the moment we checked in the staff we incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the amenities were nice. My family enjoyed swimming in the pool. It’s near a chilis which was nice to stop and have dinner. If ever in the area again we would stay again!”

“I stayed for one night last minute. This is the cheapest accommodations in the area by far, but you definitely get what you pay for. Air conditioning wasn't the greatest, and the TV did not work. Bed sheets and towels were clean. It was a bit loud at night, there were some barking dogs and loud people in the halls. I stayed in a non smoking room but all my clothes picked up the odor in the room, which smelled like stale smoke. Overall it served my needs for a place to sleep.”

“Location was very good. Parking was good. Breakfast was good. Manager was very helpful. Pool was not open for use unfortunately. Rooms are a little dated but they are clean and comfortable and good size. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Upon arriving we noticed that the pool was drained and unusable. Guest were outside their rooms with coolers and lounge chairs. I can’t remark about my stay, because I canceled at the desk after being shown my room. This motel look more like a section 8 hotel. I read all the reviews, I can’t believe others gave this place good ratings.”

“The place was well located and cool vibe. The big problem for me was the strong mildew smell. They desperately need a dehumidification system in the rooms. I thought I would get used to it but every time I woke up during the night I smelled it. When I returned home I smelled my PJ’s before putting them in the wash and they smelled mildew ish.”
