"It's a beautiful hotel with a great staff. The service in the restaurant was a little slow, but the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the indigenous items on the menu. Lastly, they need to stock a better selection of wines in the restaurant. I hope to return one day soon."

"We travel to Campeche approximately once a year and have been staying at the Hotel Plaza Campeche for several years. We have always been impressed with the hotel (cleanliness and service), but this year I would say was the best service we've experienced so far. All the employees are on the lookout for anything that may need fixing and promptly attend to it (for example, a loose panel on the ceiling). The room service menu was limited, but the restaurant dining was outstanding in terms of quality and service."
