"Great B&B. The breakfast was excellent. Best we ever had at a B&B. One thing that would help would be blackout shades, not a biggy but fair amount of ambient light."

"Good eat location welcoming hosts clean room"

"Beautiful property and lovely rooms! I would have loved to have had some more tea options, breakfast ready, and table set at the appointed time mentioned."

"Beautiful home. Very comfortable and the homemade breakfast was exceptional! Adele was a great host. The property is conveniently located and easy walk to restaurants and for shopping. Easy drive to CMAC for a concert. We will definitely book again!"

"Everything you need, very nice base for exploring the finger lakes."

"Everything was wonderful. Only comment I have is the “lake view” is just a small view between 2 houses across the street."

"Great location!"

"Nancy, the host did a great job of making sure I arrived ok and if I needed any information about the area. She was very knowledgeable about the Town of Canandaigua and the surrounding area."

"Great peaceful location on Canandaigua Lake but close to town! Enjoyed relaxing on the dock!"

"Our stay worked out really well for us. Nice view of the lake. The deck actually has a covered gazebo! "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Lake Canandaigua! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We loved grilling out for BBQ dinners and spending the evenings around the fire pit making s’mores with the family. The lake views were absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"View alone worth every Penny. Loved the house and location was great."
