Amazing location

The location and value for the price was phenomenal! The place was great for the two of us we had access right to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance! The bathroom could use a deep clean but other than that no complaints!

Perfect little cottage for a weekend

Vacation rental in walking distance

We have a wonderful time in the hidden village. It is perfect for those who want to be in walking distance of Cannon Beach and all the local shops. We loved being able to cool meals during our stay and have a spot that was so peaceful even the frogs would sing outside at night.

Cute cottage

My husband and I stayed two nights. We had been in the Tolovana Inn for a week prior, so this was delightfully quiet….no running children over head or dogs barking when left in the room.

Perfectly Cozy

I loved how central this location was, it was situated close to both the beach and the north side of Canon Beach, which made it extremely easy to walk everywhere. I also liked the fact that it wasn’t on the main road, which gave me a bit more privacy.

Really liked the location of the place! Lots of walkable things around and so close to the beach. The bathroom could use a good deep cleaning and it was odd that you could not turn off the gas fireplace. It was still quite warm while we went and it would have been nice to able to turn it off.

Decent Stay

This stay is quaint and enjoyable. It was the perfect size for me and my pup. I wouldn’t recommend it for more than 2 people/ 1 person and a dog. The walk to the beach was super short and easy and made the stay even that much better. In warmer weather, a walk downtown would be easy as well. Lots to do in town and surrounding areas!

You get what you pay for

This was a good basic rental. Excellent location (short walk to beach and town), comfy bed and accepts dogs. The photos online was not what was in the room. It has a musty smell, outdated and a little dirty. Bring water shoes for the shower.

Cannon Beach Cottage

The cottage itself was quaint and quite adequate for the price point. It was enough space for my husband and I. We would have liked to have seen the courtyard in better shape. The BBQ gazebo was nice, but there were no flowers or seating to make you want to use the space. Overall, a good experience, but could use a little "touchup".

Cute little cottage

Nice little space for 2 people. Furniture wasn’t as much seating as in pictures in line. We had a few sugar ants in our bed at night but totally enjoyed the sound of frogs outside at night. It was a great location not far from haystack rock.

Ants in the bathroom

The location and coziness of the cottage was great. I just didn’t appreciate the ants in the bathroom that maintenance didn’t feel was important enough to come out the same day to fix the problem

Tiny budget apartment

Stayed here while visiting family in town. We were looking for somewhere affordable and this fit our budget. The location is amazing and overall our experience was ok. The inside is small (barely enough room to walk around the bed) and simply furnished. It was clean but felt a bit run-down (there were a bunch of tiles missing in the shower floor). The kitchen had enough tools to cook very simple meals. The internet worked in the living room but we couldn't get good enough signal in the bedroom. Overall we were satisfied but not impressed. The price and location is really what makes this place good.

Great location if traveling with dogs but not much else

I wouldn’t really recommend this place unless you are traveling with multiple dogs. The location was great, very walkable and convenient to the beach, food and coffee. The place was very small, The carpets were stained and dirty, and the smell of dogs was unmistakable. The furniture was all mismatched thrift finds. Shower temperature and pressure were good, bathroom was tiny. I’ll pay a little more to stay somewhere nicer next time I’m in Cannon Beach.

Place needs some TLC. I was disappointed that the TV was terribly difficult to use and that I was given the wrong email password. Having said that, it is a nice little cabin in a nice little neighborhood and not far from restaurants and the beach.

It was okay for two adults and a dog for the night. Great location in Cannon Beach, but the property definitely needs some updating and a deep clean. Broken tiles in the shower, blind twist rod held together by electrical tape, torn screen, etc. The ventilation in the cabin was also horrible! Very little air flow, even with all the windows open, and it was so hot in there! Would have been more comfortable if a fan was available. Glad we only stayed one night.

Spend a little bit more

TV only had 1 channel and DVD did not work. Bathroom sink was slow to drain. Maintenance came over and could not fix the TV, did not even look at sink. Spend a little bit more and stay at a reputable place.

Neat properties

3 of us stayed at 2-4 occupancy cottage. Room is clean (coach is a bit old, but using bed sheet is fine when sleep on). I think it's perfect for 2-3 people - the third one uses coach - can be improved with real pull-out bed. 4 people might be a bit crowded unless there 2 children or petite size people; The property is 1 short block walk from beach, so easy walk out to beach after dinner; 10 mins walk to restaurants/stores, really nice location; in a quiet group of 7 rental cottages; kitchen is good for simple cooking/baking, it has everything needed for dinning in; Wi-Fi easy access/fast! Did not have time to watch TV - so no comments on this. I'd come back for my future staying at Cannon Beach.
