“Armadio piccolissimo e già pieno di coperte e varie cose, nessuno ha avvertito che viene tolta l'acqua alle 22, l'esterno e in stato di abbandono e l'interno ha una sdraio rottame alla scala, dietro al divano c'è una tenda che copre una montagna di ciarpame. Capisco il prezzo sia contenuto, ma si richiede un minimo per evitare di sentirsi un profugo...”

“Modern Villa in the historical Italian countryside. Close to Oratino and well suited for 4 couples or larger family. Property manager responded quickly and the home was immaculate. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well as other amenities.”

“We were visiting relatives in nearby Sanpolomatese and this was a fantastic option. The host was lovely and the place had everything we needed and more. Plus it was in a great location. Near restaurants, grocery store, museums and more. (Walking distance). If you have a car parking is a bit of an issue but the host helped out a lot and couldn’t have been any nicer. Overall great experience.”

“My family had the pleasure of staying in this marvelous historic villa for a week. We were warmly greeted by our wonderful hosts, Danila and Filippo. They showed us around and explained how everything worked. The house itself is grand, the photos do not capture how big it is and you can feel the history while still having the comforts of modern living. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by grapevines and olive trees. The only sound you will hear is the birds and the wind and the……

“Il luogo è ideale per chi vuole passare del tempo in pace e tranquillità. Il Sig. Michelino è stato veramente cordiale nelle occasioni in cui ci siamo incontrati in paese. Gli abitanti sono disponibili e cordiali, non ci hanno fatto sentire ospiti ma amici. Dal piccolo balconcino della camera da letto, la sera andava in scena lo spettacolo delle luci della vallata e in lontananza si vedevano anche le luci di Campitello Matese. Soggiornando ad agosto, in concomitanza della festa della Madonna……

“La casa è su due piani situata in un complesso residenziale in un piccolo borgo. Ha ciò che serve per un piacevole soggiorno. Al piano superiore le camere al piano inferiore bagno e cucina. Il proprietario è stato gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. Grazie”
