“Sparkling clean and very comfortable home! We were there for cancer treatment with the City of Hope in Goodyear, so the location was great. It was nice to have a home away from home to go back to and a nice pool to enjoy! Thank you!”

“The house was perfect as well as the location! We had an absolute blast in the pool. The house had everything we needed including pool towels. There was a couple outside lights that were laid over around the back yard and a couple cooking tools were coming apart from rust but we give this a 5 star! We will definitely recommend the house to anyone visiting the area as well as us visiting again. ”

“Initially we were in another VRBO reservation that did not go well. We booked with John and his property really delivered what was promised. He was very helpful and attentive when we had questions. 10 out of 10 and if we visit family again we will certainly book with him again. ”
