Villa with heated pool, fantastic view, great location and direct sea access!

Welcome to «Villa Agua Blue», your vacation can begin.

We have completely renovated the kitchen and equipped it with everything that is expected. Top devices, incl. Ice maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, etc. Everything you need in a modern kitchen!

The house is located in Cape Coral, South East, Florida. Located directly on the open, very wide canal and has its own boat place. The villa is located on a waterway with connection to the Gulf of Mexico. You can rent the boat just around the corner, you don't need a boat test!

The house has its own large, heated pool with a screen cage in the patio area that can be opened so that the fantastic view is not obscured. The BBQ shouldn't be missing either, there's a big grill for that! We deliberately do not have a cage around the pool, it just takes away the fantastic view of the water and the area and makes everything dark. This is very much appreciated by our guests. A small but important detail, especially for Europeans: We have a NESPRESSO machine.

Very well maintained, ideal for 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed and 2 single beds, plus 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with tub incl. shower). Throughout the house there is free WIFI access and digital cable television, as well as a telephone connection for national calls. In the garage there are also 4 bicycles (2 for adults, 2 for kids) which can of course be used! We also have 2 kayaks that can be used. You can also play with the table tennis table!

The house is prepared for every guest, enough hand and bath towels are provided. A washing machine and tumbler are also available.

You will be met by a German and English speaking Property Manager, who will show you everything and instruct you. The only thing you have to do is to enjoy your vacation. We rent the house for a fair price, for which you can't even get a simple hotel room! The rental price includes US$ 25 per week for electricity. The extra consumption will be charged with 0.14US$/kWh at the end of the stay.

The location:
20 minutes to 'Ft. Myers International Airport '. 5 minutes to Cape Coral Beach or 20 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.

Many shopping opportunities, restaurants etc nearby! The nearest golf course is just around the corner.

Breathtaking views

Very nice place

The house was comfortable. Lots of amenities: bikes, canoes, floats, beach towels, soap, etc. The dock had great fishing right off it. We took a 4 hour boat ride and the captain of the boat could pick us up, without additional charge. The pool was oversized, the screened patio was a wonderful place to sit, eat, and enjoy the view, and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood centrally-located!

The house was perfect for my husband and I along with our daughter and friend. Plenty of room and outdoor living space. Pool was wonderful and watching the boats in the canal was very relaxing. Sunsets were spectacular. Home was equipped with everything including an outdoor grill, blender, nespresso machine. Farmers market was a couple of blocks away and Sanibel Island only an hour away!

We loved our stay at this home!

The home was bright with lots of big windows overlooking the pool and canal with plenty of doors out. The screened in patio was perfect for when it rained! In the mornings we used the kayaks in the garage and paddled in and out of the canals exploring. Afterwards we biked (bikes in the garage) the neighborhood and discovered lots of owls! Turns out we googled them.. Burrow Owls , more in Cape Coral then any where else in Florida. We were also told they’re endangered. That was awesome for me! We went to The fish store”Fishtales” a mile away and bought some fresh fish and vegetables and grilled them on the grill. And yes we enjoyed that swimming pool! The house was in a great location and had that homey feeling. All went smooth! We plan on returning in the future. Thank You Pedro. Thank you Sylvia!

Great views but some issues…

The home was very nice but there were a few issues with the property. The location on the canal is absolutely beautiful. The home only had a few rolls of toilet paper and by the end of our stay we were out. There are 3 kayaks on the property but only 2 paddles, when brought up to the property manager they just said the third should be there and did not offer any solution if it was not located (which it was not found). No skimmer for the pool and after a few days there was lots of debris in the water. Towels at the location had a strange odor and it did not smell clean. Master bedroom TV would not work no matter what we tried. Unsure how often the property manager makes it to the property to see what is going on but definitely could need some fine tuning to fix some of these issues.

Relaxing and energizing

Excellent. Everything was excellent. The location was perfect. We visited a different beach every day, 5 in total, the farthest Captiva, 45 minutes away with traffic. Publix for food was very close, as was a liquor store. I do suggest purchasing a SunPass for tolls for 5$. You load the SunPass with your credit card. The car rental company charges $14 a day for tolls!!!!!! The house itself was well appointed. Everything you need to cook, dishes, blender, glasses, all was provided. BBQ, lovely screened porch.The only misconception , the advertisement says it has an NESPRESSO machine, so I purchased NESPRESSO PODS. It is in fact an espresso machine. There is also a drip coffee pot. The home supplies plenty of beach towels for the beautiful pool. Washer and dryer, dishwasher. You can walk down to the canal and sit on the dock, or take the kayaks out. We did not as we were there for the beach, and we do plenty of kayaking at home on our NYS lakes and rivers. There are also floats for the pool. For beach going, there are umbrellas, folding camp chairs, the kind you sling over your shoulder, snorkeling equipment, and boogy boards. We brought a good sized insulated lunch bag for snacks/beverages at the beach. We had a problem with the tv not connecting to the wifi/internet to watch Netflix and a new tv was purchased that same day. Communication was excellent between the property manager Sylvia, Kenny who is the handyman and me. Weather was perfect, we will stay again.

Wonderful Vacation

The place was perfect, very clean, had everything we needed. The pool and patio was very nice and relaxing! Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the canal and property. Weather was perfect and there was alot do in the area. Some really great restauraunts. It was a wonderful vacation! communication with host.

Wohlfühl-Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Insgesamt haben wir uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt, das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man so benötigt, die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage funktionierte super. Besonders schön ist die Lage des Hauses direkt am Kanal gelegen und vom Pool aus kann man wunderbar aufs glitzernde Wasser schauen. Der Gastgeber Pedro ist sehr freundlich und reagiert auf Anfragen sehr schnell. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.:)

Charmantes Haus am Kanal

Top: Ruhige Lage und angenehme Nachbarschaft, Pool, Grundriss, Platzangebot und viel Ausstattung, auch in der Küche. Kochen ist hier gut möglich. Netter Willkommensgruß der Agentur. Noch schöner wäre es gewesen, wenn besser geputzt gewesen wäre und es keine Schaben in der Küche gegeben hätte. Uns ist allerdings auch unmittelbar angeboten worden, jemand zur Ungezieferbeseitigung zu schicken. Einiges ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, wie das Sofa und die Esszimmerstühle und wirkt recht altbacken. Wir würden dennoch jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Haus empfehlen.

Ritten spring break

We were pleased with the house as a whole. Overall cleanliness was good - house is older so for what it is, it was good. Location was nice - felt comfortable and safe at all times. A bit far from places we visited and traffic was pretty heavy at all times but wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Needed to have a plumber visit the house and the property manager was very responsive to getting things back on track. We were sad to have to go!

We loved it 💯!!

The property is located in a calm neighborhood with direct access to a canal that leads to the gulf. We really loved everything about the house and its beautiful garden. Whether it was the great view during breakfast or just enjoying ourselves at the pool. Sylvia was also always available if anything was needed. We’re really leaving with a heavy heart, and will definitely come back!
