"Had a family emergency over a week and a half before my stay was to happen. Tried to cancel with enough notice. CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE! Condo was clean for the most part except for the dish washer loaded with someone else’s dirty dishes. We also had no toilet paper (not even a roll on the holder) which I informed the front desk and was told, ‘I’ll bring it right up’. She did not bring it up. Elevator was also having issues.
