“After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

“Loved the location, everything is walkable. The B&B had their own small parking lot. Tracy, the proprietor, was super helpful, a lovely person and a great cook!”

“The apartment was clean, kitchen seemed minimally supplied but was ok for us as we didn’t plan to cook. It was right next to the hospital so it would be a good place to stay if you need close access to that facility. Hospital noise was not noticeable during our stay. The air conditioner unit in the main area did not work on a 90 degree day, which we didn’t realize until we got back from our event at 1030 pm. Thankfully the bedroom unit did. No hand soap in the bathroom. I did not receive check...

“Fun hidden gem just a few miles from Ohio Stadium. We were a party of 9 in town for OSU graduation, and this was a perfect house for us! Bathrooms and kitchen were like new and super clean, and the pool table and theater room were great for our down time. Spacious second floor deck with fire pit was awesome for the evenings. Location would be great for an OSU football game as well - we Ubered just a couple miles to 17th and High, and then walked to the stadium from there. Highly recommend!”

“We were at the Convention center for a three day tournament. So the proximity and free parking were incredible. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and the night club was very loud. The first night I tried with only the sound machines and was kept awake until they closed. Saturday night I did the earplugs and sound machine and was able to sleep but I could still hear it. The apartment itself was cute and mostly clean (you can tell it is pet friendly). The shower wasn't functioning...

“The sheets and pillowcases had numerous stray hairs all over them. I had to remove and wash before using the bed. The wash cloths and towels were very dingy and spotted. The curtain rod in the bedroom had fallen so anyone could see into the bedroom the first night. Then without any communication it was fixed by the time we got back. Someone had entered the property without notice.”
