"Inside the room was clean but dated. Outside is very shabby and in need of maintenance and repair. There appears to be homeless people sleeping behind the garbage bin, and it is gritty and dirty all around the building. My main issue was there clean or grassy area to walk or potty your dog….yet they charge a $25 pet fee. The desk clerk, Brianna, however was efficient and friendly, and gave an excellent welcoming."

"We were only there for the night. Unfortunately someone had backed into the parking space infront of our room and when they left there was a faint odor of exhaust. The grounds were clean and the room was ok but the carpet felt like sand or gritty when you walked barefoot. All in all it was good."

It was just enough space for all of us, but any more it would have been too much. The cottage is an old duplex so keep that in mind... Overall our stay was fine and the place was clean."
