"Awesome! Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast. Great food and variety. I wish I knew the lady’s name that set it up. She put a lot of effort into it and it showed. I needed something printed. The printer in the business office for guests was low on ink. Talked to Helen (I think I got the name right) and she helped me get what I needed from the hotels printer. May seem small. But her kindness and willingness to help was much appreciated. She was great. The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to provide a pleasant stay. A+++ Highly recommend! "

"Blood droplets on the floor of the room. Very obvious. Maintenance arrived and promptly stuck his ungloved fingers in it and decided it was lipstick. It was not lipstick. The front desk staff was laughing about it. This was a horrible hotel. Whatever the substance was, it should have been cleaned by housekeeping. "

"We needed to be close to airport for a fair price. That was covered. Just thought the outside area would have been more accommodating- instead- very scattered- not an option to sit out there. "

"Nick and others who worked the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The only negative was not the hotel's staff, but the contracted airport shuttle driver was very rude, he complained about too many suitcases and made a comment "this is a lot of money.", I did not understand the comment at the time but later figured out he was talking about his tip. He put one couple out at gate B who needed gate A. He roughly tossed our suitcases out of the van and then sneered at ten dollar tip like it was not enough. He was also aggressive driving, tailgating, and honking at a car in front of him. 4/3/2026"
