"I found this property very charming. While we had to leave to early to get the included breakfast, we were very impressed with all the amenities and the property. Now, one thing that may throw people off is that the property owners are very hands off and only show up during breakfast hours. I personally like it as they treat you as an adult, and in return you have pretty much free rain around the property as long as you don’t bother the animals. You will have to travel for food, but they include a grill and other things to cook with if you go grocery shopping. Overall, a nice little spot between Bryce and Zion at a decent price."

"This was a great base for activities in the Duck Creek Village area. The directions that were provided made getting to the cabin really easy. Once there it looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean and comfortable. The one things we were worried about was it not having AC and if it would be warm in the loft. This was never an issue, even when it was 80 outside, this cabin is tucked into the shade and it stayed really comfortable. In fact, the kids turned the fan off the first night because they were a little chilly! The deck is as amazing as it looks in the pictures. Each morning and evening there were deer walking by and even a couple turkeys! Overall we would love to stay here again, it was a great weekend for us, 2 adults and 2 teens."

"Perfect place for a large group. It ended up raining for the whole week, but the house kept 18 kids entertained without it feeling overcrowded. The kitchen was large and accommodating. We had a few questions, and the host was quick to respond. The location was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Brian Head, state parks, and forests with all the outdoor activities. The only complaint is the house needs a good deep clean; however, we would 100% come back."
