Beautiful location, and our basic needs were met. This property is definitely more of a cabin vibe compared to comparably priced rentals in the Welches area, which are cleaner, nicer, and more up-to-date. Not much to do in the town itself, only a couple of restaurants were open, most were closed on Sept. 23rd. The surrounding area along Rte. 30 Columbia River Historic Highway was beautiful, with many waterfalls and scenic views. The town is boring!
They roll up the town EARLY. A bit Backwards overall to say the least.
Needs better restaurant...annoying to have to pay 2$ back and forth on the toll bridge
It had a really nice park to walk to and small restaurants to choose from to eat each evening.
Small Town but with a lot of personality.
