“My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached.”
“Unfortunately my family's five day stay was a terrible experience. The hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. And there were issues from the time we arrived.
The biggest problem was mosquitoes in and outside our room. I complained to the young receptionist and her first response was very disappointing. I was told that there were some "very important people" including judges expected to arrive and we might not be able to switch rooms. Advice to the young lady: never make a guest feel like……

“I stayed at this resort previously when it operated under Turtle Beach and returned because of the great experience I had then. Unfortunately, this visit was one of the worst all-inclusive vacations I've experienced.
Most of the staff were unhelpful and had poor attitudes. At breakfast, a friend wanted to join us, but despite the dining area being mostly empty, a staff member refused to let her sit with us and directed her elsewhere.
